Pioneered integrated casting and forging equipment

Multiple national patents End-to-end capabilities spanning prototype development to mass production Third-party mechanical property testing T6 heat treatment capabilities Comprehensive machining

High-strength aluminum alloy structural components

Custom cast-forged and CNC-machined aluminum parts for e-bikes, scooters, bicycles, motorcycles, automotive and marine applications.

Self-developed Machines

Purpose-built machines support stable, scalable, and repeatable production.

Patented Process

Patented technology engineered for advanced aluminum structural components.

Complex Geometry

Supports complex shapes with near-net forming and reduced machining.

Testing Support

Testing support helps verify quality, performance, and application readiness.

Not standard parts. Not ordinary die casting.

We manufacture drawing-based aluminum components using integrated casting-forging equipment, mold design, alloy selection, heat treatment, CNC finishing and testing support.

When standard die casting or full CNC is not enough For complex aluminum parts requiring strength, density, heat treatment or material efficiency, integrated casting-forging provides a different manufacturing route.

Application Industries Custom Components

Built for demanding mobility and industrial applications

E-bike, e-scooter, bicycle, automotive/EV, marine/industrial, smart devices. All representative products are customized by drawings and project requirements.

  • Bicycle Aluminum Parts

Integrated handlebar and stem, dropouts, hydraulic disc brakes, chainring/crankset, seatpost clamp.

  • E-bike Aluminum Parts

Self-developed machines behind every custom component

We manufacture and operate integrated casting-forging machines for both component production and machine project inquiries.

Testing Support for Critical Aluminum Parts

Inspection and validation can be arranged according to project requirements.

Why Buyers Choose This Manufacturing Route

High strength, lightweight design, better density, heat-treatment options, testing support and OEM flexibility.

More Than a Supplier — An Engineering and Manufacturing Partner

Our role begins before production.

For each project, our engineering team evaluates the product geometry, alloy selection, load conditions, heat-treatment requirements, machining allowances, tooling structure and expected production volume.

We then recommend a manufacturing route based on the actual performance and commercial requirements of the component.

Our capabilities cover:

Product manufacturability analysis
Aluminum alloy and material selection
Integrated casting-forging process development
Mold and tooling design
Prototype and trial production
T6 heat treatment
CNC precision machining
Surface finishing
Mechanical performance testing
Dimensional inspection
Pilot production and mass-production preparation

This integrated service model helps customers reduce development risks, shorten the supply chain and move more efficiently from concept validation to production.
